- Sarakki the Notary, außerhalb der Library aufsuchen
- Petrus the Beekeeper (Moongate -> MITLEID) aufsuchen.
+ '5 Poison sacs' erjagen und bei Petrus gegen 'Official Sealing Wax' eintauschen
+ Sarakki das 'Official Sealing Wax' bringen, dafür gibt's die 'Notarized Application'
+ Verity die 'Notarized Application' bringen und das 'Friend Of The Library Token' entgegen nehmen.
